Deleting some data and keeping your account
You can remove parts of your data at any time without closing the account:
- Customer contacts: in the app, More → Customers to ask, open a contact and choose Delete contact.
- A Google listing and everything synced from it (reviews, replies, posts, performance figures): disconnect it from More → Google connection, or from Connections on the website. It is removed from our systems straight away.
- A business you no longer need: More → Business settings → Your businesses → remove.
- Anything else: write to info@sweepcode.com and say what you want removed; we do it within 30 days.
What is deleted
Your account and every workspace you own, with everything in them: businesses, the Google reviews, replies, posts and performance figures we stored, photos you uploaded, customer contacts, settings, the automation log and support conversations. Google connections are revoked, and people you invited lose access to the deleted workspaces. Your Google Business Profile itself is not changed.
What is kept
Records we are required to keep for accounting or to defend a legal claim, for as long as the law requires. Workspaces you were invited to but do not own are not deleted; you are simply removed from them.
