You set a rule for each star rating. Out of the box, four and five stars are answered automatically and one to three stars are drafted and held for you.

Questions
About ai review replies
- Will it sound like a robot?
- It writes two to four sentences that respond to what the person actually said, in your chosen tone, without hashtags or stock phrases. You can add a standing instruction, for example how you refer to customers or what you never promise.
- What about a review in Hindi or Marathi?
- By default the reply matches the language of the review, so a Hindi review gets a Hindi reply. You can force everything into one language if you prefer.
- Can I edit a reply before it goes out?
- Yes. Drafts wait for you on the Reviews page, and automatic replies have a cancel window you control.
- Can a reply be changed after publishing?
- Google does not allow editing a published reply. We delete and repost instead, and the app does that for you in one action.
