Terms of service

Sweep Growth connects to the Google Business Profile you control and, according to the settings you choose, syncs reviews, drafts and publishes replies, writes and publishes posts, and reports on performance. Every automated action has a setting that turns it off.

You must give accurate details and keep your password safe. You are responsible for what the people you invite do in your workspace. You must be entitled to manage the Google listing you connect.

Every new workspace gets 3 months free and we do not ask for a card to start. After that, continuing requires a paid plan. Plans are monthly, cancel any time, and prices are in Indian rupees excluding taxes.

You agree not to use Sweep Growth to do anything Google prohibits. In particular:

• No offering money, discounts or gifts in exchange for reviews.
• No asking only happy customers, or filtering out unhappy ones.
• No setting review quotas or contests for your staff.
• No posting content that is false, offensive, or not yours to publish.
• No managing a listing you do not own or represent.

Our software refuses several of these outright. If we find an account doing them, we can suspend it.

We do not guarantee any ranking, position or amount of business. Google decides what appears in search, and neither we nor anyone else controls that. What we promise is that the work gets done: reviews answered, posts published, and honest numbers reported.

We depend on Google’s APIs. If Google changes or withdraws a capability, the corresponding feature may change or stop, and we will tell you when that happens.

Your photos, text and business information remain yours. You give us permission to use them only to run the service, including publishing them to Google where you have asked us to. Content generated for you by the service is yours to use.

You can stop at any time from your account. We can suspend or end an account that breaks these terms, does not pay, or puts our access to Google’s APIs at risk. On closure you can export your data first, and we then delete it as described in our privacy policy.

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the three months before it arose. We are not liable for lost profits or indirect losses.
