Refund and cancellation policy

Every new workspace gets 3 months free. We do not ask for a card, so nothing can be charged by accident and there is nothing to cancel if you decide not to continue.

Plans are month to month. Cancel from your account at any time and the plan runs to the end of the period you have paid for. We do not lock you into a contract.

We do not refund part-months by default, because you keep access until the period ends. We will refund in full if we charged you in error, if the service was unavailable for a significant part of the month, or if you were charged after cancelling. Write to info@sweepcode.com and we will sort it out.

Cancelling stops the automation but keeps your workspace, so you can come back. Ask us to delete it and we will, as described in the privacy policy. Anything already published to your Google listing stays on Google, because it belongs to your business.
