Getting more reviews
Get more Google reviews from your customers
Ask every customer at the moment they are happiest, using tools that fit how a shop actually runs.
How it works
Step by step
- 1
You get your review link and a QR code
The link opens Google's review box for your listing directly, with no searching. The QR is ready to print for the counter, the receipt or the table.
- 2
Your staff can ask in ten seconds
A phone page where they type a name and number, and WhatsApp opens with the message ready. One tap to send, right after the visit.
- 3
Or the app sends it for you
Add contacts by hand or upload the day's customers, and requests go out the next morning at the time you choose.
- 4
One reminder, and only one
If they did not open the link, we nudge once after a few days. Anyone who clicks or reviews is never messaged again.
- 5
You see what worked
Sent, opened and reviews gained, by channel, so you can tell whether the QR or the messages are doing the work.
What you control
- Turn requests on or off entirely
- WhatsApp, email, or both
- Whether staff can send from their phones
- When requests go out, and a daily cap
- Whether to send a single reminder, and after how long
What it will not do
- We will not let you offer a discount or gift for a review. Google bans it and can remove every review you have.
- We will not ask only your happy customers. Filtering is against Google's policy and is easy for them to detect.
- We will not run staff review targets or contests, which Google explicitly prohibited in 2026.
Questions
About getting more reviews
- Is asking for reviews allowed?
- Yes. Google explicitly permits asking customers for honest reviews. What it forbids is incentives, filtering out unhappy customers, and staff quotas. Our tools are built so you cannot do those by accident.
- How many reviews should I aim for?
- Match or slightly beat the pace of the businesses ranking above you. Steady flow matters more than a burst: a sudden spike looks unnatural and a long gap costs you ground.
- What if someone leaves a bad review after we ask?
- It happens, and it is survivable. An answered negative review does less damage than an unanswered one, and research consistently shows a perfect five-star average reads as suspicious.
