Write a reply to that review in about ten seconds
Paste what they wrote, pick a tone and a language, and get two replies you can post as they are. Both follow Google's rules, and the tool shows you what those rules are.
Two replies, ready to post
You get a choice rather than one take it or leave it answer, and the rules each reply follows, so you can see why it never offers a discount or asks anyone to change what they wrote.
What makes a reply worth reading
The person who wrote the review may never come back. The next fifty people who read it are the audience.
Answer the thing they named
A reply that repeats the same three sentences on every review reads as a template, because it is one. Name the haircut, the room, the delay.
Keep it short
Two to four sentences. Google truncates long replies on phones, and nobody reads a paragraph of apology anyway.
Move the argument offline
In public, acknowledge and invite. The detail, the refund and the disagreement belong in a private conversation.
Questions people ask
Including the ones where the answer is a plain no.
- Should I reply to every review, even the five star ones?
- Yes. Replying is one of the few things entirely in your control, it shows anyone reading later that someone is paying attention, and Google says it is a signal of an active listing. A short thank you is enough for a good review.
- What should I never put in a public reply?
- A phone number, an email address, a price or a link, because a public reply is a public place. Never offer a discount or anything else in exchange for a review or for changing one: that is against Google's policy and can get the listing suspended. Never ask someone to take a review down.
- How do I answer a one star review?
- Answer it in public, briefly and without arguing, then take the actual problem to a private conversation. The public reply is written for the next person reading, not to win the argument. This tool adds that reminder whenever the rating is one or two stars.
- Can I reply in Hindi or Hinglish?
- Yes. Pick the language before you generate. Hinglish is offered separately from Hindi because that is how most owners actually write to their customers.
- How fast should I reply?
- Within a day or two while the visit is fresh. If that is not realistic, this is exactly what Sweep automates: it watches for new reviews and replies under rules you set.
