Write this week's Google post
Tell it what is happening in a sentence. You get a post at the right length, with the right button, and nothing in it that Google would reject.
A post you can paste straight into Google
You get the title, the body, the button to use, and a preview of the first line, which is all a phone shows before Read more. If the draft contains anything Google rejects, we take it out and say what and why.
What to post when nothing is happening
Most weeks are ordinary. Ordinary is still worth posting about.
The quiet hour
Tell people when you are least busy. It is genuinely useful, and it fills a slow slot.
One thing you do well
Pick a single service and explain what it involves and who it suits. This is the post that answers a search.
A change people would notice
New staff, new chair, repainted front, extended Sunday hours. Small and true beats big and invented.
The season you are in
Monsoon, exam season, wedding season, a festival week. Say what it means for your customers specifically.
Questions people ask
Including whether any of this moves your ranking.
- Why can't I put my phone number in the post?
- Google rejects posts containing a phone number. The call button on your listing already carries it. This tool strips a number out of the draft and tells you it did, because a rejected post is a wasted week.
- How long should a Google post be?
- Google allows 1,500 characters, but a phone shows only about the first 100 before Read more. Put the point in that first line. Most good posts land between 120 and 220 words.
- How often should I post?
- Once or twice a week is plenty for most local businesses, and consistency beats volume. Standard posts stay visible for six months; offers and events run to their end date.
- Do posts improve my ranking?
- Not directly, and we will not claim otherwise. Published research puts posts low as a ranking factor. What they do is keep a listing looking active and earn clicks, calls and direction requests, and that engagement does matter. Your category and your reviews move rank far more.
- Which button should I pick?
- The one that matches what you want next. Book for appointments, Order for food, Shop for products, Learn more when the goal is a read. Call is available but sends people to the phone rather than a page you control.

The hard part is next week, and the week after
Sweep plans the week, writes each post about half an hour before it publishes so it is still true, and posts it.
